The hotel is wonderfully located right in downtown San Diego, near the trolley station and surrounded by plenty of shopping options. The rooms were a bit small for the price, but the early check-in was a nice touch. Service was exceptional, especially from the Housekeeping Staff who made us feel like VIPs.
